Who is Vector Flux?

Hello! My name is Justin, the face behind Vector Flux.

I’ve spent fifteen years in the custom apparel world, starting on the production floor—quality control, boxing shirts, building and cleaning screens, and more. Those early days taught me the rhythm of production and the satisfaction of seeing artwork come to life.

That foundation carried me into the fast‑paced environment I experienced while working for Custom Ink, where I processed hundreds of orders each week and learned to solve artwork challenges quickly and with a human touch. I eventually moved into enablement, training others to deliver the same level of care and precision.

Vector Flux is the culmination of those years—every lesson, every challenge, every customer order that shaped how I approach artwork and service.

I believe great experiences come from empathy, quality, efficiency, and the human touch. Those values have guided me through every role, and they guide my work today.

My goal has always been to be a bridge builder, an educator, a collaborator, and a leader. Vector Flux is simply the next step in that mission.
